2) Online Payment by Credit Card / Debit Card

  • Once your order is completed, the amount will be deducted from your credit card.

  • In case of possible order cancellation or stock problems, refunds will be made within 3 business days .

3) Cash on Delivery

If you wish, you can pay for your order with cash on delivery or with a single credit card payment at the door .

4) Return Procedures

In case of order cancellation or product return, the payment amount will be refunded to your account or credit card within 3 business days at the latest.

  • In order for the refund to be processed, you must provide your bank account or credit card information correctly.

5) Delivery

  • Your orders are prepared for same-day shipping. Shipping is done via DHL E-commerce cargo.

  • In case of delay, you will be informed.

  • Shipping is free for orders of 500 TL and above.
