Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • You can request a refund by exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product without giving any reason.

  • In order to return the product, it must be unopened, unused, tagged and in its original packaging .

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.

  • Once your return is approved, a shipping label and instructions will be sent to you.

  • Returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal (within 14 days):
    If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal and returns the product, the return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. The seller is obligated to refund the customer the initial shipping costs paid at the time of delivery.

  • In case of defective / damaged / wrong product:
    If the product is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, the return shipping cost will be covered entirely by our company. In this case, the customer will not pay any costs.

  • Return Process:
    Once your return request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions and the necessary information. You must send your return shipment in accordance with these instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted if the packaging of food supplements has been opened.

  • Discounted items and gift cards cannot be refunded.

Damaged and Wrong Products

  • Check your order when you receive it.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, have the courier officer write a report and do not accept the product.

  • Report the situation to us immediately and a new one will be sent free of charge as soon as possible.

Refund

  • Your return will be evaluated within 10 business days after we receive it.

  • Approved returns will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 days .

  • Our company is not responsible for delays caused by bank or credit card transactions.

EU Right of Withdrawal

  • For orders sent to the European Union, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The product must be in its original, unopened and unused condition.
