Distance Sales Agreement
Parties to the Agreement

Seller: NUTRIPHARMA SAĞLIK ÜRÜNLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ

Buyer / Consumer: Real persons who shop through our site.
Subject of the Contract
This contract regulates the rights and obligations regarding the sale of products offered by the seller via distance selling method (over the internet).
1. Product Order and Approval

Consumer, www.nutripharma.tr or order via WhatsApp line +90 542 368 30 30.

Once the order is confirmed, the consumer will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
2. Payment Terms
-
Bank Transfer / EFT: Payment can be made to our Garanti Bank account.

Credit Card / Debit Card: Online payment can be made through the IYZICO secure payment system.

Payment at the Door: Cash or credit card payment is possible with a single payment method.
-
Payment security and personal data protection are ensured.
3. Delivery
-
Orders are shipped via cargo from our Istanbul-based company.
-
Products are delivered to cargo within 2 business days at the latest.
-
Delivery is valid within the borders of Türkiye.
-
Open and check the packages during delivery; if there are damaged products, have the courier officer write a report.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

The consumer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product without giving any reason.

In order for the product to be returned:

Unopened and unused

Must be in original and labeled packaging

Must have receipt or proof of purchase

4.1 Return Process

Once your return request is approved , a shipping label and instructions will be sent to you.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
4.2 Shipping Costs

Returns under the right of withdrawal (within 14 days): Return shipping costs are covered by the customer . The initial shipping costs are refunded by the seller.

Defective / damaged / wrong product: return shipping costs are covered by our company ; the customer pays no costs.
4.3 Exceptions

Opened or used products cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, if the packaging of food supplements has been opened, returns will not be accepted.

Discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.
4.4 Damaged and Wrong Products

Check the order when receiving it.

If a damaged, defective or incorrect product arrives, have the courier register a report and do not accept the product.

Report the situation to our company immediately and the product will be replaced free of charge as soon as possible.
4.5 Refund

Returns will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days .

Our company is not responsible for delays caused by bank or credit card.
4.6 EU Right of Withdrawal
-
For orders sent to the European Union, there is a right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving a reason.

The product must be original, unopened and unused.
